At Nutmeg Cleaning CT, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and high-quality service, we have the following policy in place:

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to secure your booking.
All deposits are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled service without penalty.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may result in the loss of your deposit.

If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
